If you’re in the market for a tablet computer, in light of the tablet hype generated by the Apple iPad, here’s an option for you – the Lenovo S10-3. This one is a “typical tablet design” with a keyboard and swivelling screen. It is now selling for RM 1,899, but unfortunately with only a 4 cell battery. Amongst other things, it comes with the new Intel Atom N450 Pine Trail processor running at 1.66GHz, 250GB of hard disk, 1GB of RAM and Windows 7 Starter edition. It apparently supports multi touch, so it most likely comes with a capacitive touch screen.
I have no idea how long the 4 cell battery is good for, if I find any reviews I’ll post the links here. I saw the Lenovo S10-3 selling in e@Curve shopping centre in Petaling Jaya.
